Freight charge:
For all orders outside Sweden there will be an additional freight fee.
Scandinavia: Freight per order is 100:- SEK
EU: Freight per order is: 140:- SEK
Non-EU: Freight per order is 160:- SEK
US and Canada: Freight per order is 180:- SEK
Rest of the world: Freight per order is 200:- SEK
Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country
If the customer choose not to accept or collect the package we charge the customer for all the freight expenses plus an extra administrative charge of 150 SEK.
Tax free (Non-EU customers): All our prices include 20% VAT (Swedish tax). Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free on Yokiono.com and will therefore not be charged for any tax. The 20% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.
Delivery time:
Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. In your Order Confirmation you will find information on the delivery time of your order. If by any reason the delivery time will differ from the time promised, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Force majeure:
If Yokiono fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Yokiono cannot be held responsible.
Faulty goods:
Send an e-mail to info@yokiono.se as soon as you discover the defect. After you have contacted Customer Service, please fill in the online return at www.yokiono.se Ship the faulty item back to us. Also include a receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well.

Return/Exchange:
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it. Underwear, swimwear and jewelry is non-returnable. In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Yokiono, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. If you want to return an item: Fill in and send the return form that you can find at www.yokiono.se. Then send the item back to us. You will have to pay for the shipping costs.

If you want to exchange an item: Always call Customer Service at +46-42-241501 if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange. Please have your customer number and order number ready when you call. When you have talked with Customer Service, please fill in the return form that came in the package. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs.

When we have received the item an approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item is at higher cost you will have to pay the difference cash on delivery. If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form.
Miscellaneous:
All merchandise remains the property of Yokiono until full payment is received. All attemps of fraud will be reported to the police. Yokiono have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. Minimum order amount is €10. Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. Yokiono reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy. All prices include VAT (25%).
Declined items: We will charge €15 if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it's not picked up at the pick-up point.
