- Our wish is to deliver your goods as fast and safe as possible. Normal delivery time within Europe is 2-5 weekdays and outside Europe it's usually 5-12 weekdays depending on what country you live in. European orders are mainly sent with DHL and for the rest of the world we use the Swedish Postal Service.
- For all orders outside Sweden there will be an additional freight fee. Europe: 100:- SEK (Approx. 12 €) (Tax free for non-EU countries - 20% deducted at checkout) Rest of the world: 160:- SEK (Approx 19 €) (Tax free - 20% deducted at checkout)
- Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free on Yokiono.com and will therefore not be charged any tax. The 20% VAT will be excluded from the total amount (including freight) when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.
- You may always return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it. Underwear, swimwear and jewelry is non-returnable. In case of returning or exchanging items you as a customer pay for the shipping costs. But Yokiono will of course pay for the delivery of your new choice of size/product.
- If you'd like to return an item. Please fill out our online return form. Then send the item(s) back to the adress below:

- When we have received the item an approved the return, we will make a refund to your credit card or Paypal account. In the case of exchange we will send you the new item/size as sson as we approved your return.
- Always call Customer Service at +46-42-241501 if you want to exchange an item, to make sure that the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange.
- If you should be dissatisfied with your item(s), please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the defect. We will do our best to help you and make sure that the issue is solved in the best way.
- Yokiono never share customers personal information and e-mail adress with third part without the customers approval. We accept most credit card such as VISA, Eurocard, Diners and Master Card. Credit card payment is made in collaboration with Auriga ePayment, one of Scandinavias largest companies for online payment solutions. All transactions are encypted and 100% secured.
- All merchandise remains the property of Yokiono until full payment is received. Minimum order amount is €20. Yokiono reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.
